凉血解毒汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常性银屑病血热证的临床观察

目的观察中药汤剂凉血解毒汤联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常性银屑病血热证的临床疗效。方法将96例寻常性银屑病血热证患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组48例,试验组给予凉血解毒汤联合NB-UVB照射治疗,对照组只给予NB-UVB照射治疗,两组均同时外用白凡士林治疗,4周后采用银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数(PASI)评分评价疗效。结果试验组治愈15例(31.3%)、显效20例(41.7%)、好转11例(22.9%)、无效2例(4.2%),总有效率95.8%;对照组治愈10例(20.8%)、显效13例(27.1%)、好转18例(37.5%)、无效7例(14.6%),总有效率85.4%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后PASI评分比较,试验组和对照组治疗前后PASI评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组间治疗前PASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组治疗后PASI评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论两组治疗均有效且试验组疗效优于对照组,中药凉血解毒汤联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病血热证临床疗效确切,安全性高。

Clinical observation of Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with narrowband UVB(NB-UVB) in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 96 patients with psoriasis vulgar blood heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with NB-UVB irradiation, while the control group was only treated with NB-UVB irradiation, both the two groups were treated with white petrolatum topically at the same time, and the efficacy was evaluated by PASI score after 4 weeks of the treatment. Results In the experimental group, cured 15 cases(31.3%), markedly effective 20 cases(41.7%), improved 11 cases(22.9%), ineffective 2 cases(4.2%), the total effective rate was 95.8%;in the control group, cured 10 cases(20.8%), markedly effective 13 cases(27.1%), improved 18 cases(37.5%), ineffective 7 cases(14.6%), the total effective rate was 85.4%;the difference between the two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in PASI scores before and after treatment in both the two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the pre-treatment PASI score between the two groups(P>0.05);and there was a statistically significant difference in the PASI score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Both the two treatment schemes adopted in this study were effective, and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with NB-UVB is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome, as well as with high safety..
