| 摘 要： | 现代众多医家提倡"针药结合,内外同治",其理念滥觞于《黄帝内经》,成熟于《伤寒论》。文章从针、灸、药的起源,治疗的病位及配合运用等三方面展开阐述,发现针、灸、药所针对的疾病病位有浅深之别,临床有单用与合用之妙,其总体原则在于视病位浅深、病情单纯复杂、邪正虚实而定。仲景匠心独具,灵活化裁,随病证而设,务使针、灸、药三法的施治,精准恰当,吻合病机,以收临床最佳疗效。
