嗜酸性环状红斑一例

31岁女性患者,全身散在红斑及斑块2个月。皮肤科情况:全身散在20余处直径1～2 cm不等的暗红色环状红斑及斑块,界清、边缘稍隆起,质中。皮损组织病理示:真皮全层血管周围、胶原纤维间及汗腺周围见大量嗜酸粒细胞浸润,可见淋巴细胞和组织细胞,无"火焰征"及"肉芽肿"模式改变。诊断:嗜酸性环状红斑。入院后系统及局部给予糖皮质激素治疗,皮损逐渐好转,随访1年余无复发。

A case of eosinophilic annular erythema

A 31-year-old female patient presented with erythema and plaque scattered throughout the body for more than two months. Dermatology examination showed more than twenty dark red erythema and plaques scattered throughout the body, with diameters ranging from 1 to 2 cm. The lesions were of medium texture, with slightly raised edges and clear boundary. Histopathology showed that a large number of eosinophils infiltrated around the blood vessels and sweat glands, among collagen fibers throughout the dermis, as well as some lymphocytes and histiocytes. There was no "flame sign" and "granuloma" pattern changes. Diagnosis: eosinophilic annular erythema. Skin lesions gradually improved after systemic and topical administration of corticosteroids. No recurrence occurred after 1 year of follow-up.
