摘    要:目的优化绿丝郁金酒炙工艺。方法以HPLC法测定酒郁金中吉马酮和莪术呋喃二烯酮的含量作为评价指标,采用正交试验结合CCD响应面法,对影响绿丝郁金酒炙工艺的3个因素进行筛选和优化。结果绿丝郁金最佳酒炙工艺为:每100 g绿丝郁金饮片,加入10 mL黄酒与6.5 mL水的混合液,拌匀闷润,118℃炒制5 min即得。验证实验结果表明该工艺条件重复性良好,具有合理性和可行性。结论采用正交实验和CCD响应面法优选的绿丝郁金酒炙工艺稳定可行,可用于其炮制工艺的优化。
