磷酸二酯酶4D基因rs918592位点多态性与急性冠脉综合征的关系

目的 探讨磷酸二酯酶(phosphodiesterase 4D,PDE4D)基因rs918592位点多态性与急性冠脉综合征的关系。 方法 运用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)检测50例急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS 组)及100例同期经冠脉造影排除冠心病诊断的患者作为对照组(NC 组)血液中PDE4D基因rs918592位点多态性,比较两组间的PDE4D基因rs918592位点多态性差异。 结果 150个样本中AA、AG、GG基因型频率分别为22.67%、56.66%、20.67%,符合Hardy·Weinberg定律(χ2=2.686,P=0.101)。ACS与NC两组的GG基因型(18% vs. 25%)、AA+AG基因型(82% vs. 75%)分布以及G(57% vs. 55%)、A(43% vs. 45%)等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 PDE4D基因rs918592位点多态性与急性冠脉综合征无关。

Relationship between polymorphism of rs918592 locus in phosphodiesterase 4D gene and acute coronary syndrome

Objective To explore the association of polymorphism of rs918592 locus in phosphodiesterase 4D (PDE4D) gene with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method was used to determine the polymorphism of rs918592 locus in PDE4D gene in 50 patients with ACS (the ACS group) and 100 patients who underwent coronary artery angiography and were diagnosed without coronary artery disease at the same time (the normal control group). The difference in the polymorphism of rs918592 locus in PDE4D gene was compared between the two groups. Results Genotype frequencies of AA, AG and GG in the 150 patients were 22.67%, 56.66% and 20.67% respectively, which conformed to Hardy·Weinberg law (χ²=2.686, P=0.101). No statistically significant differences were found in the frequencies of GG genotype (18% vs. 25%) and AA+AG genotype (82% vs. 75%) as well as G (57% vs. 55%) and A (43% vs. 45%) allele between the two groups. Conclusions The polymorphism of rs918592 loci in PDE4D gene is not associated with ACS.
