| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辽宁省启用新的医疗服务价格后,医保患者住院费用的变化,从而更好地执行物价和医保政策,控制医疗费用的不合理增长.方法通过收集某市价格调整前后2所医院各1年的3个病种的所有医保病例,共581例,对其费用进行分类,利用SPSS统计软件进行分析.结论(1)调整后的医疗价格标准更趋于合理,体现了医务人员的技术劳务价值;(2)住院费用的变化受物价政策和医保政策的双重影响;(3)价格调整使收费更合理、更规范,并未发现增加参保人的负担.

| Abstract: | Objectives The characteristic of inpatient expenses explored after apopt the new price of medical service in Liaoning province,in order to carry our the commodity price and the health insurance policy better,and controlling the unreasonable growth of the medical expenses.Methods Collect and calculate all of medical insurance cases for three kinds of disease in two hospitals,total of 581 cases are analysis.Conclusions(1)The new price standard adjuste the originally unreasonable medical service price,and improve the technique and service value of the medical personnel;(2)Two factors affect the inpatient expenses:the commodity price policy and the health insurance policy;(3)The new price adjust to make charges more reasonable,and not find to increase the burdens of the health insurance inpatient. |
