生脉注射液与二磷酸果糖联合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病40例

目的 评价常规治疗加生脉注射液联合二磷酸果糖治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）患者的疗效。方法慢性肺心病患者87例随机分为两组，治疗组40例接受常规治疗加生脉注射液联合二磷酸果糖，对照组47例接受常规治疗。 结果治疗组与对照组症状缓解率分别为95.0%和78.7%(P＜0.05)，治疗组较对照组氧分压明显改善(P＜0.01)，治疗组无明显不良反应。结论联合应用生脉注射液及二磷酸果糖对慢性肺心病有明显的疗效，使用安全。

Curative Effect Evaluation of Shengmai Injection Combined with Fructose Diphosphate on Chronic Cor Pulmonale

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of shengmai injection combined wtih fructose diphosphate on chronic cor pulmonale. Methods Eighty-seven patients were divided into two groups at random.Forty patients in treatment group were treated with shengmai injection combined wtih fructose diphosphate and routine medicine therapy in addition,while the forty-seven patients in control group were treated only with routine medicine therapy. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 95.0% and 78.7% respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).PaO_2 in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).There was no adverse reaction in treatment group. Conclusion The combined application of intravenous shengmai injection and fructose diphosphate together with routine medicine is safe and highly effective on chronic cor pulmonale.
