| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用跖底内侧岛状皮瓣修复足部组织缺损的效果。方法:采用以跖底内侧动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣转移修复足底及近端足背不同原因造成的组织缺损,皮瓣的长度5.5～9.0cm,宽度4.0～6.5cm。结果:1988年8月～2000年8月我科临床应用跖底内侧岛状皮瓣成功地修复足跟及足背创面22例,随访1～12年,足部功能及外形皆获得了满意地恢复。结论:跖底内侧岛状皮瓣角质层厚,跖腱膜内的纤维脂肪垫可以减缓震荡并提供稳定的负重结构,一期手术即可完成足跟、足弓背侧组织缺损的修复并缩短住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of transposition of the medial plantar island flap(MPIF) for repair of the defects in foot. Methods:The MPIF pedicled with medial plantar artery was applied to repair various tissue defects in foot. The length and width of this flap ranged from 5. 5cm - 9. 0cm and 4. 0cm - 6. 5cm respectively. Results: From 1988 -2000 22 cases were treated and followed up for 1 year to 12 years. The clinical results were good. The function of the foot was recovered with satisfactory contour. Conclusion:The MPIF, which is heavily keratinized is similar to the heel pad and foot dorsum. The thick plantar aponeuosis being sandwich of fibrofatty can absorb the shock and prodeuce a stable weight - bear surface. The application of this flap can usually be completed as a single - stage reconstruction during a relatively brief hospital stay. |
