摘    要:我国居民疾病谱的改变与近年来我国居民膳食模式的改变相关。在此背景下,为了更好地发挥临床营养科科研的作用,需要根据疾病谱变化及住院病人的营养特点,个体化地调整临床营养治疗方案,加强营养与疾病关系的健康教育与咨询,合理调整膳食模式,开展天然食物中的某些植物化学物对人体健康相关问题的科研,达到提高医院整体医疗水平的目的。

Abstract:The change of Dietary pattern matched to a change in diseases spectrum of Chinese people in recent years. For improving the function of clinical nutrition branch in hospitals, in accordance with the change in the spectrum and patients' characters, we need to adjust the clinical nutrition treatments individually, to enhance the health education and consultation, to set new dietary pattern for people rationally, and to carry out the scientific research in the field of the relation between concerned chemical elements of organical foods and human health status in general, in order to reach the advanced hospital standards.
