78例垂体瘤的眼部表现临床分析

目的：探讨垂体瘤的眼部表现。方法：对78例垂体瘤患者进行视力、眼底、荧光素眼底血管造影(fundus fluorescein angiography，FFA)、视野、及图形视诱发电位(pattern visual evoked potential，PVEP)检查。结果：视力下降占76．9％；眼底视神经病变占51．9纷，视野损害占67．3％，PVEP异常占89．2％。23．1％患者以眼部异常表现为首诊症状，其中19．2％曾被诊断为眼科疾病。结论：对不明原因视力下降、视野缺损或视神经病变的患者，应常规进行视力、视野、眼底及PVEP检查，结合鞍区CT或MR，避免漏诊、误诊。

Clinical analysis of ophalmological manifestations of 78 cases of pituitary tumor

Objective:To investigate the ophthalmological manifestations of pituitary tumor. Methods: Visual acuity,fundus,fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA),visual field and pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) were performed in 78 cases of pituitary tumor (156 eyes). Results: There was 76.9% of patients with decreased visual acuity,51.9% with papillopathy,67.3% with the defects of visual field and 89.2% with abnormal PVEP. Abnormal ophalmological manifestation was the first diagnostic symptom in 23.1% patients,among which 19.2% were misdiagnosed as eye diseases. Conclusions: Regular visual acuity,visual field,fundus and PVEP examinations should be performed in patients with decreased Visual acuity or with the defect of visual field or papillopathy. To avoid the misdiagnose and the omission of the pituitary tumor,CT or MR scan is recommended for such patients.
