| 摘 要： | 目的探讨发展性照顾对早产儿体重增长与康复期的影响。方法将160例早产儿随机分为对照组76例和实验组84例。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用发展性照顾实施护理。分别观察体重增长速度和住院天数。结果两组体重增长速度和住院天数比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论发展性照顾可以促进早产儿体重增长,缩短住院时间。
