| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法:198例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为治疗组100例(儿科常规治疗+复方甘草酸苷)与对照组98例(儿科常规治疗),2组疗程均为7d。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为97.0%、75.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗新生儿高胆红素血症安全、有效,降黄较快。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.METHODS: A total of 198 pediatric patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly assigned to receive pediatric conventional therapy plus compound glycyrrhizin(trial group,n=100) or pediatric conventional therapy alone(control group,n=98) for 7 days.RESULTS: The total effective rate in trial group was 97.0%,significantly higher than in control group(75.5%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Compound glycyrrhizin is safe and effective for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, and it can subside jaundice quickly. |
