| 摘 要： | 主动与被动联合免疫阻断HBV母婴传播效果很好,但仍有少数HBsAg阳性,尤其是HBeAg也阳性的母亲所生婴儿可感染HBV,主要原因是宫内感染.此文就HBV宫内感染的途径、免疫阻断失败的因素及相关策略予以分析.

| Abstract: | The effect of combined immunization(active/passive) to prevent HBV vertical transmission is very good, but still some babies whose mothers are HBsAg pesifve(HBeAg positive, especially) infected HBV, the primary cause is the intrauterine infection. In this article, the way of the HBV intrauterine infection, the defeat's factor and the correlation strategy of the immunity prevention are reviewed. |
