| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴茎硬结症的诊断和治疗方法,提高其诊治水平。方法对我院从2000年1月至2005年12月收治的12例阴茎硬结症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果12例患者均行体检及B超检查明确诊断,并行阴茎斑块切除+白膜折叠术,术后辅以口服维生素E胶囊,随诊1～5年,未发现复发。结论斑块切除+白膜折叠术是阴茎硬结症手术治疗的有效方法,术后口服维生素E胶囊可预防其复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and raise the level of diagnose and therapy of Peyronie′s disease.Methods Twelve cases of Peyronie′s disease from January 2000 to December 2005 were studied retrospectively.Results Twelve cases were treated with physical examination and B ultrasound.Plaque resection combined with albuginea was performed in all cases.Follow-up for 1 to 5 years,no local recurrence was found.Conclusion Plaque resection combined with albuginea 13 valuable therapy of Peyronie′s disease.Capsule vitamin E may prevent recurrence. |
