大鼠侧脑室及鞘内注射孤啡肽减弱电针镇痛效应

摘    要:在大鼠电刺激甩尾测痛模型上,观察了侧脑室(ICV)及鞘内(IT)注射孤啡肽对电针镇痛的影响。结果表明,大鼠ICV及IT注射1μg(0.55nmol)孤啡肽(OFQ)均可降低痛阈,IT注射1μgOFQ减弱电针镇痛效应。ICV注射1μgOFQ可反转电针镇痛作用。提示中枢OFQ不利于电针镇痛。

Abstract:In present study, the effects of OFQ on acupuncture analgesia(AA) were observed by using tail flick test.It was found that intrathecal(IT) or intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection of lug OFQ reduced pain threshold of the rats, IT injection of OFQ attenuated AA, and ICV injection of OFQ antagonized AA.The results in present study suggests that central OFQ is one of the unfavorable factors to AA.
