超声内镜对食管平滑肌瘤诊断价值

目的探讨超声内镜对食管平肌瘤的诊断价值.方法通过对52例食道粘膜下隆起进行超声内镜检查,并与手术病理进行比较.结果 44例食管平滑肌瘤声像图特征为粘膜肌层或固有肌层低回声结构;44例病检提示平滑肌瘤43例,超声内镜检查准确率为97.7%.结论超声内镜在食道平滑肌瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中有重要的价值.

Endoscopic ultrasonography in diagnosis of Leiomyoma of Esophagus

Objective To study the clinical value of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of leiomyoma of esophagus. Methods TotaUy fifty-two cases of protuberant lesions in upper esophagus digestive tract were examined by endoscopic ultrasonography, and the histological results were compared with those by surgery. Resuits The echo texture of forty-four cases of esophagua patients is uniform hypoecho,which were located in the muscularis mueosa or proper muscle layer. Forty-three with leiomyomas were comfirmed by histelogy. The accurate of endoscopic ultrasonography was 97.7% in the diagnosis of leiomyoma of esophagus. Conelusions Endoscopic ultrasonograpby is an important valuable methold in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of leiomyoma of esophagus.
