摘    要:电脑胎儿监护仪采用无应激试验(NST)和复杂的数字信号处理技术,监护胎心率和其受胎动、宫缩影响所引起的变化,实现连续监护、动态观察,是实现优生优育的重要手段。胎心率的自动检测和监护是电脑胎儿监护仪的主要功能。提出了一种提取公因子的自相关函数快速算法来估算胎儿的心率,其在实际应用中计算量较少,用单片机实现较为简单。

Abstract:Computer fetal monitoring device can adopt NST and complicated digit signal process to monitor fetal heart rate, which is affected by fetal movement and uterine contraction. This device can monitor fetal heart's rate continuously and observe fetal heart's dynamic movement. It is an important way to keep pregnant woman and her foetus healthy. The main function of the computer fetal monitoring device is fetal heart rate detection. In this paper, we bring forward an arithmetic based on common factor of autocorrelation function, in practice which calculating amount is small and can carried out with singlechip very easy.
