重度妊娠反应致韦尼克脑病的临床观察及护理

目的探索重度妊娠反应致韦尼克脑病患者的病因，临床表现观察要点，实行有针对性的、正确的护理，以达到及时控制病情及降低死亡率。方法在发病期间正确、足量使用药物，加强对呕吐及各种并发症的护理，严密观察病情变化，做好保护性护理措施，加强宣教，避免情绪激动。结果4例病人经治疗半个月症状好转，1个月内临床症状基本消失，1例患者服药10天停药后症状复发，治疗后记忆力减退及外展神经麻痹，1例患者未得到及时诊断及治疗死于脑疝。结论及时消除诱发因素，积极正确的治疗及严密观察病情变化，正确的护理可促进病情康复，降低死亡率。

The clinical observation and nursing of the wernicke encephalopathy caused by serious gestational reaction

Objective To look into the cause of the wernicke encephalopathy which is caused by serious gestational reaction. According to the clinical situation, we carried out some pertinent and right nursing in order to control the disease and reduce mortality. Methods When the patients are being treated, we used medicine edequately and do more mursing on sickness and all kinds of syndrome. We observed the change of the disease attentively and take some protective measures to make the patients guard against sentiment. Results Four patients improved after having been treated for 15 days. They got well after a month. One patient relapsed after having been treated for 10 days, but he stopped taking medicine aften then. His memory slacked and his abducens paralysed. One patient died of brain herniation without being diagnosed and treated in time. Conclusion We should eliminate the fact that leading to the disease and treat the patients actively. We also observed the change of the disease attentively. We know that right nursing can make the patients recover soon and reduce mortality.
