丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清细胞因子水平的影响

目的研究丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分和细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6的影响。方法按随机对照原则将60例发病72h内的急性脑梗死患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予丹红注射液40mL加入到250mLO．9％氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注，1次/d，两组疗程均为14d。测定治疗前后CSS评分，以及血清TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6含量。结果治疗14d后两组CSS评分、血中TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6均下降，与对照组相比，治疗组的下降更为明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丹缸注射液用于治疗急性脑梗死能很好的改善患者神经功能，可能与其抑制细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6的表达有关。

Effect of Dan Hong injection on acute cerebral infarction in patients with serum cytokine levels

Objective To study the Danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction in patients with neurological deficit scores and cytokines TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 effects. Methods A randomi- zed controlled by the principles of the 60 cases of onset of acute cerebral infarction within 72 h were divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional therapy, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy for 40 mL Danhong injection into the 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection in the intravenous drip, once daily treatment groups were 14 d. CSS score measured before and after treatment, serum TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 levels. Results The treatment groups after 14 d than those before the CSS score, TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 were decreased, the treatment group compared with the control group the decline was more obvious difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can be a very good improvement in neurological function in patients may be related to the inhibition of cytokines TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 expression.
