应用直升救护机实施医疗急救实践

目的：完善青岛地区立体急救网络建设，实现平时为灾，战时为战，早期救治，快速后送伤病员实施确定性治疗。方法：利用立体急救网络启用直升救护程序，进行模拟演练和立体救送伤病员实践。结果：应用直升救护机成功抢救危重海域伤病员8名（脱险），130海里急救反应时间为40min，185海里为100min（含吊蓝放收），278海里为120min，运行操作安全。结论：应用医疗救护直升机救援，后送途中救治与监护病人，极大地突破了时空界限，陆，海，空立体急救网络，具有投资少，见愉，可持续发展性强，为我国立体医疗救护事业的发展，积累了宝贵资料。

Practice Medical Emergency by 120 helicopter in Ocean

Objective: Developing the construction of stereoscopic emergency network in Qingdao district to serve for disaster in peace, fight in war. To cure patients as soon as possible and transfer patients in time for right treatment. Methods: Practice exercise and stereoscopic treatment for patients by taking advantage of the resource of helicopter program in stereoscopic treatment. Results: Successively saved 8 patients (survived). The reaction time for 130 miles 40 min, 185 miles 100 min, 278 miles 120min (including the time to put down the blastic and lift up). The operation was safely. Conclusions: It widely brooks the limit of time and area through utilizing the helicopter to cure and transfer for intensive care patients. Stereoscopic emergency network has the specialization of less investment, less time for affection and strong ability of continuously development, It collected important stuff for the development of stereoscopic emergency in China.
