泻肺平喘灵及其拆方对“肺合大肠”模型大鼠肺肠形态学的影响

目的 观察泻肺平喘灵(麻黄、杏仁、甘草、葶苈子、瓜蒌皮、丹参、虎杖、大黄)及其拆方对“肺合大肠”模型动物肺、肠组织病理形态学的影响.方法 70只SD大鼠分成7组(每组10只),包括对照组、模型组、解扎组、泻肺平喘灵组以及3种拆方组.以直肠体外不全结扎法制备“肺合大肠”模型,观察肠、肺形态学改变,观察泻肺平喘灵及其拆方的干预效果.结果 模型组多数肺组织有中度到重度间质性炎症,伴有肺泡壁充血及肺气肿等病变,结肠组织黏膜下层不同程度充血、水肿,不等量炎细胞浸润.泻肺平喘灵及其拆方治疗后上述变化不同程度减轻,部分药组之间呈协同的作用.结论 泻肺平喘灵及其拆方能减轻模型鼠肺、肠病理形态学变化.三拗汤+活血药在减轻肺组织病变方面占主导作用,三拗汤+通腑药在减轻肠组织病变方面发挥主要作用,泻肺平喘灵则表现出最佳效果,印证了“肺与大肠相表里”理论,提供了一定的实验依据.

Influence of Xiefei Pingchuanling and its decomposed formulas on morphological changes of lung and intestine in "interior and exterior relationship between the lung and the large intestine" model rats

AIM To observe the influence of Xiefei Pingchuanling(Ephedrae Herba,Armeniacae Semen amarum,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Lepidii Semen,Trichosanthis Pericarpium,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Polygoni cuspidate Rhizoma et Radix,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) and its decomposed formulas on morphological changes of lung and intestine in rats with syndrome of the lung connected with the large intestine.METHODS Seventy SD rats were assigned to seven groups(10 rats per group),including control,experiment,ligation,Xiefei Pinchuanling and three decomposed formulas groups.Experiment group was established to intestinal obstruction by incomplete ligation of the rectum in vitro.The morphological changes in the lung and intestines,and the interventional effect of Xiefei Pingchuanling and its decomposed formulas were observed.RESULTS In the experiment group,the symptoms of the pathological changes of moderate to severe interstitial inflammation with alveolar septum congestion,emphysema in the lung,and of congestion,edema,inflammatory cell infiltration in varying degrees in the sub-mucosa of colon were relieved to some extent after administrating Xiefei Pingchuanling and its decomposed formulas,in some of which the synergies existed.CONCLUSION Xiefei Pingchuanling and its decomposed formulas relieve the symptoms of the pathological changes in lung connected with the intestine of the model rats.Sanao Decoction + blood activating drugs play a lead role in relieving the symptoms of the pathological changes in lung tissue.Sanao Decoction + purgation drugs play a principle role in the large intestine tissue.Xiefei Pingchuanling works well and provides sound experimental bases.
