摘    要:目的 比较未脱蛋白和脱蛋白五味子多糖组的药理活性的抗变态反应活性和多糖组成,并探讨其作用机制.方法 利用Finigen Trace DSQ GC-MS(TR-5MS柱)对五味子粗多糖进行单糖组成测定,通过小鼠耳异种被动皮肤过敏试验(小鼠PCA实验)和腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒实验观察五味子多糖的抗变态反应药理作用.结果 五味子粗多糖主要是由D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖及D-半乳糖醛酸组成,其具有稳定肥大细胞、抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒的作用,其中未脱蛋白部位较脱蛋白部位活性更强.结论 五味子多糖提取物具有抗Ⅰ型变态反应的功效,并且未脱蛋白部位较脱蛋白部位抗变态反应活性更强.

Abstract:AIM To study the effect of deproteinization of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide on hypersensitivity.METHODS Finigen Trace DSQ GC-MS was used to assay the composition of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide.The experiment of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) and degranulation in peritoneal mast cells were applied to the observation on the mice’s hypersensitivity.RESULTS Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide consisted of D-glucose,D-galactose and D-galacturonic acid.Polysaccharide without deproteinization and polysaccharide with deproteinization inhibited the degranulation of mast cells,but the latter had the greater activity.CONCLUSION Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide has an antagonistic effect on type-I-hypersensitivity,and polysaccharide without deproteinization has greater activity than polysaccharide with deproteinization.
