摘    要:目的研究狗肝菜的化学成分。方法对狗肝菜全草95%乙醇提取物的三氯甲烷萃取部分利用反复硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶层析进行分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为正十八烷醇(1),乌苏酸(2),7-羟基香豆素(3),异土木香内酯(4),齐墩果酸(5),滨蒿内酯(6),薯蓣皂苷元(7)和β-谷甾醇(8)。结论化合物2、3、4、6和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Dicliptera chinensis(L.) Nees.METHODS The constituents of chloroform-soluble portion of 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography.Compounds were identified by their physical characteristics and spectral features.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 1-octadecanol(1),ursolic acid(2),7-hydroxycoumarin(3),isoalantolactone(4),oleanic acid(5),scoparone(6),diosgenin(7) and β-stitosterol(8).CONCLUSION Compounds 2,3,4,6 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
