臭参对S180荷瘤小鼠化疗增效减毒及免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的 研究臭参对S180荷瘤小鼠化疗增效、减毒及免疫功能的影响.方法 通过对S180荷瘤小鼠瘤质量及外周血象的检测,分别观察臭参与阿霉素及环磷酰胺合用对S180荷瘤小鼠的增效减毒作用;通过检测S180荷瘤小鼠血清溶血素及网状内皮系统吞噬功能,观察臭参对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果 臭参能在一定程度上增强阿霉素或环磷酰胺的抑瘤作用以及减轻化疗药物对血液系统的毒副作用.臭参可增强荷瘤小鼠降低的免疫功能,还具有增强网状内皮系统吞噬功能的作用.结论 臭参对荷瘤小鼠具有一定的化疗增效、减毒及免疫增强作用.

Abstract:AIM To investigate the effects of ethanol extract of Codonopis bulleynana Forest ex Diels on enhancing sensitivity,reducing toxicity of chemotherapy and regulating immune system in Sarcoma 180 tumor-bearing mice.METHODS S180 solid tumor isolated from ascites tumor was injected into mice’s armpit to form experimental model,and the effects on tumor weight,blood WBC,RBC and HGB between Codonopis bulleynana treatment group,adriamycin group,cyclophosphamide group,adriamycin plus Codonopis bulleynana group and cyclophosphamide plus Codonopis bulleynana group were compared.Formation of serum hemolysin and englobement of the reticuloendothelial system were detected and used for evaluating immune function of Codonopis bulleynana in Sarcoma 180 tumor-bearing mice.RESULTS Codonopis bulleynana could enhance the anti-tumor activity of adriamycin or cyclophosphamide in certain degree,antagonize the inhibition of adriamycin or cyclophosphamide against WBC,RBC and HGB,and promote formation of serum hemolysin and englobement of the reticuloendothelial system.CONCLUSION Codonopis bulleynana can increase the chemotherapeutic sensitivities,attenuate,and enhance immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
