大活络丸中含铅量风险评估

目的了解大活络丸中重金属铅的状况及其引起的健康风险。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MAS)测定大活络丸中铅,采用国际食品法典委员会(CAC)工作程序手册(1997年,第10版)中规定的风险评估框架开展风险评估,利用风险分析专用软件@Risk5.0对231批大活络丸中含铅量进行蒙特卡罗模拟,计算大活络丸中铅的每日暴露量,与世界粮农组织(FAO)/世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的每周允许铅摄入量进行比较,评估其对人群的暴露风险。结果通过@Risk5.0进行蒙特卡罗模拟得到大活络丸中含铅量概率P50、P95、P99值分别为2.924 8、20.222 7、45.450 7 mg/kg,计算得每日铅摄入量为0.020 5、0.141 6、0.318 2 mg/d,MOS分别为0.095 6、0.660 9、1.485 3。结论目前国内市场销售的大活络丸中含铅量对绝大多数人群的健康风险是可以接受的,但仍有个别批次大活络丸中含铅量较高,提示应加强大活络丸中原药材铅的控制。

Risk assessment of lead concentrations in Dahuoluo Pill

AIM To study the state of heavy metal in Dahuoluo Pill and its possible health risk.METHODS The content of lead in Dahuoluo Pill was detected by ICP-MAS.The assessment was conducted in accordance frame by Codex Alimentarius Commission(CAC) Operation Procedures Manual(10,1997).The content of lead in Dahouluo Pill was analyzed by risk analysis software @Risk5.0 for Monte Carlo simulation.The daily intake of lead in Dahuoluo Pill was calculated.The risk content of lead in Dahuoluo Pill exposure to the population was assessed by FAO/WHO recommend PTWI for lead.RESULTS The probability contents of lead(P50、P95、P99) in Dahuoluo Pill were 2.924 8,20.222 7,45.450 7 mg/kg respectively analyzed by risk analysis software @ Risk5.0 for Monte Carlo simulation,and its daily intakes of lead were 0.020 5,0.141 6,0.318 2 mg/d.MOS were 0.095 6,0.660 9,1.485 3,respectively.CONCLUSION For now,the health risk of the lead content of Dahuoluo Pill sold in domestic market has been acceptable to most people.But there is individual batches of high content of lead in Dahuoluo Pill.
