不同品种红枣中三萜酸及环核苷酸的测定

目的 建立红枣中白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷的检测方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2％磷酸水溶液(90∶10)为流动相在波长210 nm处检测白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸；以甲醇-0.05 moL/L磷酸二氢钾(10∶90)为流动相在波长254 nm处检测环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷.结果 白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷均呈现出良好的线性关系.结论 15个枣品种果实中5种成分的含有量差异显著.

Determination of triterpenoid and cyclic-nucleotide in different Jujubae Fructus cultivars

AIM To assay betulic acid,oleanic acid,ursolic acid,cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP in Jujubae Fructus by HPLC.METHODS Chromatographic conditions were carried out on with Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water with 0.2% phosphoric acid(90∶ 10),and the detection wavelength at 210 nm for betulic acid,oleanic acid and ursolic acid,and of methanol-0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 solution(10∶ 90) at 254 nm for cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP.In this research,the contents of betulic acid,oleanic acid,ursolic acid,cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP in different Jujubae Fructus cultivars were tested and analyzed by HPLC.RESULTS The calibration curves of betulic acid,oleanic acid,ursolic acid,cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP showed good linear dependence.CONCLUSION The results show distinct differences in the contents of betulic acid,oleanic acid,ursolic acid,cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP related to fifteen cultivars.
