韭菜子不同炮制品对正常和肾阳虚小鼠交配能力的影响

目的比较韭菜子炮制品对正常小鼠和氢化可的松所致肾阳虚模型小鼠的交配能力的影响。方法韭菜子生品、盐炙品和酒炙品的含水乙醇提取物对正常和用氢化可的松造成肾阳虚小鼠灌胃,对照组给予生理盐水,用红外摄像记录30min内小鼠的跨骑潜伏期和跨骑次数。结果生品及盐炙品仅对肾阳虚小鼠交配能力的提高有统计学差异(P<0.05),酒炙品对正常和肾阳虚小鼠交配能力的提高均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论韭菜子在提高阳虚小鼠交配能力上,酒炙品优于生品和盐炙品。

Impact of mating ability to normal and yang deficiency mice of different processed Allii tuberosi Semen

AIM To compare the effect of processed products of Allii tuberosi Semen on mating ability to the normal mice and mice with yang deficiency caused by hydrocortisone.METHODS Aqueous alcoholic extracts of Allii tuberosi Semen of raw and stir-frying with salt-water and stir-frying with wine were used to perfuse the normal mice and mice with yang deficiency.For comparison,mice in control group were injected with saline intraperitoneally.Infrared camera was employed in the record of sexual refractory period and the frequency of sexual intercourse.RESULTS Allii tuberosi Semen of the raw and stir-frying with salt-water could increase the mating ability to kidney-yang deficiency but of stir-frying with wine could also increase the mating ability to normal mice with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Allii tuberosi Semen of the stir-frying with wine has the better effect of improving mating ability than that of the crude drug.
