浙江省结核病预防控制机构健康教育工作岗位人员现状分析

目的了解浙江省疾病控制机构结核病健康教育工作岗位人员的现状。方法采用统一调查表,按市、县级分层在全省11个市和89个县的结核病防治机构进行问卷调查。结果本次调查共入选样本448人,其中市级67人,占14.9%,县级381人,占85.0%。被调查人员中,在结核病健康教育工作岗位共有121人,分别为市级18人,其中主要工作岗位为0,占0%;次要工作岗位为3人,占16.7%;辅助工作岗位15人,占83.0%。县级为103人,其中主要工作岗位为5人,占4.9%;次要工作岗位为22人,占21.4%;辅助工作岗位76人,占73.8%。结论浙江省结核病健康教育人力资源不足。

Current status of human resources of Tuberculosis health education in Zhejiang Province

Objective To determine the current status of human resources of Tuberculosis health education(TB) in Zhejiang Province.Methods A questionnaire was used to the investigation in 11 prefectures and 89 counties in whole province.Results Totally 448 peoples were enrolled.121 peoples were engaged in health education for TB.Among them, 18 peoples were in prefecture,and 103 peoples were in county.In the prefecture,the percentage of key position,secondry position and assistant position were 0%,16.7%,83.3% respectively.In the county,the percentage of key position,secondary position and assistant position were 4.9%,21.4%,73.8% respectively.Conclusion The human resources of health education for TB is deficiency.
