前房穿刺术预防小梁切除术后浅前房

摘    要:目的 探讨前房穿刺术对预防小梁切除术后浅前房的疗效。方法 将80例94眼原发性青光眼随机分为2组,A组40例48眼,采用小梁切除术并于术中行前房穿刺术及术毕前房注入BSS以形成前房;B组40例46眼,采用小梁切除术治疗,不行前房穿刺术,使其术后前房自然形成。术后观察前房、滤过泡、眼压等情况。结果 A组术后浅前房的发生率为8.3%,B组浅前房的发生率为39.9%,2组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 前房穿刺术对预防小梁切除术后浅前房的发生是一种安全、简单有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of paracentesis in preventing the forming of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.Methods Eighty cases ( 94 eyes ) of primary glaucoma were divided into 2 groups at random . There were 40 cases ( 48 eyes ) in group A , adopting trabeculectomy with paracentesis during operation and injecting BSS into anterior chamber after operation to promote the forming of anterior chamber, and in group B there were 40 cases (46 eyes ), adopting trabeculectomy with no paracentesis , to make the forming of anterior chamber naturally . After operation the anterior chamber the filtering bleb and the intraocular pressure were observed carefully .Results The incidence of shallow anterior chamberin group A after operation was 8.3% and in group B was 34.9% . There was a significant difference between two groups P <0.01) .Conclusion Paracentesis is a safe , simple , effective way in preventing the forming of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy .
