前房穿刺术预防小梁切除术后浅前房

目的 探讨前房穿刺术对预防小梁切除术后浅前房的疗效。方法 将80例94眼原发性青光眼随机分为2组，A组40例48眼，采用小梁切除术并于术中行前房穿刺术及术毕前房注入BSS以形成前房；B组40例46眼，采用小梁切除术治疗，不行前房穿刺术，使其术后前房自然形成。术后观察前房、滤过泡、眼压等情况。结果 A组术后浅前房的发生率为8．3％，B组浅前房的发生率为39．9％，2组相比差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论 前房穿刺术对预防小梁切除术后浅前房的发生是一种安全、简单有效的方法。

Paracentesis in preventing the forming of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of paracentesis in preventing the forming of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.Methods Eighty cases ( 94 eyes ) of primary glaucoma were divided into 2 groups at random . There were 40 cases ( 48 eyes ) in group A , adopting trabeculectomy with paracentesis during operation and injecting BSS into anterior chamber after operation to promote the forming of anterior chamber, and in group B there were 40 cases (46 eyes ), adopting trabeculectomy with no paracentesis , to make the forming of anterior chamber naturally . After operation the anterior chamber the filtering bleb and the intraocular pressure were observed carefully .Results The incidence of shallow anterior chamberin group A after operation was 8.3% and in group B was 34.9% . There was a significant difference between two groups P <0.01) .Conclusion Paracentesis is a safe , simple , effective way in preventing the forming of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy .
