膀胱鳞状上皮癌10例诊治分析

目的：提高对膀胱鳞状上皮细胞癌(SCC)诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析10例本病患者临床资料，结合文献进行讨论。结果：膀胱部分切除术2例和TURBT术2例3年内均复发；根治膀胱全切术5例，3年内无复发者2例；1例未手术。全组病例生存5年以上者1例。结论：膀胱SCC浸润性强，恶性程度高，预后不良，术前放疗后行根治膀胱全切术，效果优于单纯膀胱全切术或部分切除术。对于膀胱巨大结石、多发结石均应术中冰冻排除SCC。早期诊断、及时手术能提高患者5年生存率。

Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Urinary Bladder(Crepove of 10 cases)

s Objection:To improve diagnostic and therapeutic standards of squamous cell carinoma(scc).Methods:Clinical data of 10 cases of SCC of urinary bladder were analysed retrospectively and discussed with literatures.Results:2 cases under went partial cystectomy,recurrence in 3years,2 cases received trans urethral resection of bladder tumowr(TURBT),recurrenle in 3 years.5 cases got total cystectomy,2 cases had no recurrenle in 3 years,1 case has survived for 5 years.Conclusions:SCC of bladder has characteristics of strong infil tration,high malignancy and poor prognosis.For radically total cys tectomy,radiotherapy is perfovmed before opevaion,its efficacy is better than simple total cysteltomy or pavtial cystectomy.To patients with large stone or mulei borne calculi in bladder,cluring operation quick histology is necessary in order to excluse SCC of urinary bladder.Farly diagnosis and immediate operation may improve 5 year Survival rate of SCC of urinary bladder.
