我院2009～2011年基本药物目录内药品的使用分析

目的 通过对我院基本药物使用的回顾性调查分析,为政府部门制定法规提供参考依据,促进临床合理用药.方法 比较2009～2011年我院基本药物品种数与国家基本药物和北京市增补目录的品种数,分析我院基本药物品种、品规及销售金额的相关情况.结果 2009～2011年,我院基本药物品种数基本稳定,且2011年基本药物的采购金额增幅显著高于同期医院总体药品增幅.结论 基本药物目录在我院的执行情况较好,但仍需加强对医师优先使用基本药物理念的宣传,促进临床合理用药.

Analysis of Essential Medication Utilization in Our Hospital during 2009-2011

Objective To analyze the essential medication utilization in our hospital and provide references to develop regulations for government departments, so as to improve rational clinical drug use. Methods The items of the general medications in our hospital were compared with those of national essential medications and those on Beijing additional essential medicine lists; the consumption sum of essential medications and the general medications during 2009~2011 in our hospital were analyzed. Results The items of essential medications purchased in our hospital were basically stable from 2009 to 2011, and the amount and the sale growth of essential medications were significantly higher than those of the general medications in 2011. Conclusion The clinical essential medications utilization in our hospital is satisfactory, however it still needs to improve the awareness of preferential use of essential medications in clinic in order to promote rational drug use.
