| 摘 要： | 目的 建立五味渣驯丸的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对诃子、红花进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法对诃子中没食子酸进行含量测定.结果 薄层色谱中斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰；没食子酸在0.485～3.6375 μg范围内线性关系良好(r＝0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.74％,RSD＝1.18％(n＝9).结论 本法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于五味渣驯丸的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Wuwei Zhaxun Pills. Methods Two components of Wuwei Zhaxun Pills, Hezi and Honghua, were identified by TLC. The content of gallic acid, the effective component in Fructus Chebulae, was determined by HPLC. Results The thin-layer chromatogram showed clear spots with no interference from negative control. The gallic acid showed a good linear relationship （r=0. 9998） in the range of 0. 485-3. 6375μg. The average recovery was 99.74% with RSD of 1.18% （n = 9）. Conclusion This method is of high specificity, sensitivity and good reproducibility, which can be applied for the quality control of Wuwei Zhaxun Pills. |
