摘    要:目的 测定古日古木-7中羟基红花黄色素A含量.方法 采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72),检测波长为403 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 羟基红花黄色素A进样量在0.0855~1.2825μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99998);平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD=0.7% (n=6).结论 该方法稳定准确、重复性好,可用于古日古木-7中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定.

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Gurigumu-7.Methods The HPLC method was applied with following conditions.Octadecyl silane bonded silica was used as filler.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution(26∶2∶72).The detection wavelength was 403 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1.Results There’s a good linear relationship when the injection volume of hydroxysafflor yellow A ranged in 0.0855~1.2825 μg(r=0.99998).The average recovery rate was 100.4%,RSD=0.7 %(n=6).Conclusion The method is stable and accurate.It can be used in the quality control of Gurigumu-7.
