我院206例药品不良反应报告分析

目的 为临床安全用药提供参考.方法 对我院2008～2010年收集的206例ADR报告进行统计分析.结果 206例ADR报告中涉及的药品共有13大类,男性多于女性(1.48∶1),老年患者(≥60岁)偏多(占30.58％)；其中抗微生物药引发的ADR居首位(占55.34％)；静脉滴注是引起ADR的主要途径(占95.63％)；临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害比例最高(占56.80％).结论 临床应重视合理用药监测,加强抗菌药物的管理,保障患者用药安全.

Analysis of 206 Case Reports of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital

Objective To analysis reports of adverse drug reaction（ADR） in our hospital,so as to provide a reference for clinical drug safety.Methods Totally 206 ADR reports collected between 2008 and 2010 in our hospital were statistical analyzed.Results Totally 206 ADR report involved a total of 13 major categories of drugs,with higher frequency in male than female（1.48∶1）,higher frequency in elderly patients（≥ 60 years）（accounting for 30.58%）,and with the highest proportion of antimicrobials（accounting for 55.34%）;intravenous drip is the major route to cause ADR（accounting for 95.63%）;damage of skin and its appendants accounted for the highest proportion of clinical manifestations（accounting for 56.8%）.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the monitoring of rational drug use,strengthening of the antibiotics management,so as to ensure patient safety of drug use.
