| 摘 要： | 目的评价立位耐力试验对空中晕厥诊断的特异性、敏感性和诊断价值。方法应用自行研制的立位耐力监测系统，对31例空中晕厥病例和61例健康飞行员进行立位耐力试验。结果立位耐力试验阳性晕厥组为12例（38.71%），对照组为5例(8.20%)。立位耐力试验敏感性38.71%,特异性91.80%,诊断价值73.91%。结论立位耐力试验对空中晕厥的敏感性低，特异性高，可作为一种诊断空中晕厥的客观方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the sensitivity、speci ficity and diagnostic value of orthostatic tolerance test（OTT） for assessing f light syncope. Methods Thirty one flight syncope and sixty on e healthy pilots served as subjects.Orthostatic tolerance monitoring system dis gned by ourself was used as testing method. Results Positive in OTT：syncope group 12 （38.71%）、control group 5 （8.20%）、sensitivity in O TT 38.71%、specificity in OTT 91.80%、diagnostic value 73.91%. Conclus ion Sensitivity low and specificity high in OTT for assessing flight sy ncope. OTT was used as a objective method for assessing flight syncope. |
