| 摘 要： | 目的总结自体疝囊作为补片进行平片式无张力疝修补术的体会。方法对101例腹股沟疝患者进行以疝囊壁作为补片行平片式无张力疝修补术治疗后的临床疗效观察。结果疝囊壁作为补片行平片式无张力疝修补术疗效满意,无1例复发。结论对于疝囊较小的、腹壁缺损较轻的患者以及年龄较小的患者,采用疝囊壁作为补片进行平片式无张力疝修补术,效果满意。由于病例有限及时间较短,该术式仍需我们在实践中探索。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the plain non - tension hemia repair with hernia wall as patch. Methods 101 cases of groin hernia patient were underwent this operation and the curative effect were observed. Results The curative effect of all cases were satisfied without relapsed. Conclusion This method might have good effect for patient who has small hernia sac, less defection, small age. |
