| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察凯时即前列地尔脂微球载体制剂 (L ipo-PGE1 )治疗慢性重症肝炎的疗效。方法 :将 5 0例慢性重症肝炎患者随机分成两组 ,对照组予综合治疗及对症治疗 ,治疗组在该基础上加用 Lipo-PGE1 治疗。结果 :治疗组在改善临床症状及肝功能方面疗效显著 ,明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :Lipo-PGE1 是一种治疗慢性重症肝炎高效、安全的药物

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to observe the effect of Lipo PGE 1 on chronic serious hepatitis. Methods: Fifty patients with chronic serious hepatitis were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with traditional complex. The treatment group was treated with traditional complex and Lipo PGE 1. Results: The effects of treatment group on improving patients' clinical symptoms and liver function were higher than those of control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion:Lipo PGE 1 is a highly efficacy and safe medicine for treating chronic serious hepatitis. |
