从痰湿瘀热论治2型糖尿病代谢综合征52例

目的观察从痰、湿、瘀、热立论应用清热祛浊胶囊治疗2型糖尿病代谢综合征的疗效。方法 52例2型糖尿病代谢综合征患者,在原基础治疗基础上,加服清热祛浊胶囊5粒,每日3次。3个月后观察指标变化。结果治疗后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压、体重指数明显下降（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有所升高,但无统计学意义。治疗总有效率82.7%。结论从痰、湿、瘀、热立论组方的清热祛浊胶囊可以改善2型糖尿病代谢综合征患者的高血糖、高血压、高血脂、肥胖等多种心血管危险因子。

Clinical Observation on Qingre Quzhuo Capsule for 52 Cases with Diabetes Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingre Quzhuo capsule（QQC） for treatment of 52 patients（pts） with diabetes metabolic syndrome based on the phlegm,dampness,stasis and heat syndrome.Methods Fifty-two pts with diabetes metabolic syndrome were treated with QQC for 3 months.Results After the treatment,the fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,two-hour postprandial plasma glucose（2 hPG）,hemoglobin A1c（HbA1c）,triglycerode（TG）,lower-density lipoprotein cholesterin（LDL-C）,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,and body weight index（MBI） of patients were decrease（P0.05 or P0.01） while total cholesterol/high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-TC） was increased.The total effective rate of the treatment was 82.7%.Conclusion Qingre Quzhuo capsule could improve hypertension,hyperglycemia,and hyperlipidemia in pts with diabetes metabolic syndrome.
