银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量阿托伐他汀对老年动脉硬化患者内皮功能的影响

目的研究银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量阿托伐他汀对老年动脉硬化患者内皮功能的影响。方法入选126例臂踝脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）≥1 400cm/s,且低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）≥2.6mmol/L的老年患者,随机分为A组和B组。分别予阿托伐他汀（A组）或银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量阿托伐他汀（B组）治疗1年。观察两组血压、baPWV、血管病性假血友病因子（vWF）、一氧化氮（NO）、血脂、肝肾功能等的变化。结果两组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、baPWV治疗前后组内、组间均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。B组脉压（PP）治疗后明显低于治疗前（P〈0.05）;两组LDL-C、三酰甘油（TG）、vWF治疗后均明显低于治疗前（P〈0.05）;两组高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、NO治疗后均明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）,且B组HDL-C、NO治疗后明显高于A组治疗后（P〈0.05）。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量阿托伐他汀与单用小剂量阿托伐他汀比较,对老年动脉硬化患者可进一步升高HDL-C,改善内皮功能,且安全。

Effects of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsulae Combined with Atorvastatin on Endothelial Function in Elderly Arteriosclerotic Patients

Objective To investigate the effects of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsulae（YXSC） combined with low dose of atorvastatin on endothelial function in elderly arteriosclerotic patients.Methods The total of 126 patients with brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV）≥1 400 cm/s and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）≥2.6 mmol/L were randomly divided into 2 groups：Group A（n=63） treated with atorvastatin 10 mg/d,and group B（n=63） treated with atorvastatin 10 mg/d and YXSC for one year.Blood pressure,baPWV,von Willeband factor（vWF）,nitric oxide（NO）,serum lipids,liver and kidney function were observed.Results There was no significant difference in systolic pressure（SBP）,diastolic pressure（DBP） and baPWV between the two groups before or after treatment（P0.05）.PP was significantly lower after treatment than treatment before in group B（P0.05）.The LDL-C,triglyceride（TG）,and vWF in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment（P0.05）.Following treatment,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and NO were higher than that before treatment（P0.05）,which was more significant in group B than that in group A（P0.05）.Conclusion YXSC combined with low-dose atorvastatin could elevate HDL-C level and improve endothelial function in elderly arteriosclerotic patients.
