外风干预治疗后循环短暂性脑缺血发作所致急性眩晕的临床观察

目的通过对后循环短暂性缺血发作所致眩晕（PCTIV）急性发作期的外风干预治疗,观察其临床疗效,为指导临床用药提供依据。方法参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则（试行）》拟定眩晕主症、次症量化观察评分表。选择中医内科门诊的PCTIV急性发作期眩晕患者82例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用以祛风化痰通络汤搭配氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组仅用氟桂利嗪进行治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果治疗4周后,治疗组症状评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;在随访的4周后,治疗组症状评分仍然低于对照组（P〈0.05）。在短期内（第1天、第3天）的个人自觉症状改善情况,治疗组自觉症状改善时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗期间无不良反应发生。结论外风干预治疗能够更快地缓解PCTIV急性发作期的相关症状。进一步显示外风可能与PCTIV发作有一定关系。

Clinical Observation of Acute Vertigo Caused by Transient Cerebral Isehemic Attack in Patients with Wind-phlegm Syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of integration of Chinese and Western medicine on acute vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia with wind-phlegm syndrome.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia were classified into two groups：Control group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and treatment group treated with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo decoction and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.The symptoms of vertigo,secondary disease were recorded quantitatively.Results The symptom scores in treatment group was lower than that in control group at 4th week（P0.05）.The recurrence rate in treatment group was lower compared with the control group at 4th week（P0.05）.Conclusion Qufeng Huatan Tongluo decoction could alleviate the symptoms in patients with acute vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia.The external wind might be related to the attack of acute vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia.
