疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死后血管性痴呆的疗效观察

目的观察疏血通注射液和依达拉奉注射液联合治疗脑梗死后血管性痴呆（VD）的疗效。方法将脑梗死后VD患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例给予疏血通注射液6 mL和依达拉奉注射液30 mg,分别加入5%葡萄糖液250 mL中静脉输注,每日1次;对照组30例给予依达拉奉注射液30 mg加入5%葡萄糖液250 mL中静脉输注,每日1次。两组均以21 d为1个疗程。两组治疗前后分别进行简易智能精神状态评估量表（MMSE）、日常生活能力评定量表（ADL）、生存质量量表（QL）评分和P300检查。结果治疗组在改善MMSE、ADL、QL评分方面均优于对照组（P〈0.01）;与对照组比较,治疗组P300电位潜伏期缩短、波幅升高尤为显著（P〈0.01）。结论疏血通注射液和依达拉奉注射液联合治疗脑梗死后血管性痴呆安全有效。

Clinical Observation on Shuxuetong Injection and Edaravone Injection for Vascular Dementia after Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the curative effects of Shuxuetong injection（SXT） and edaravone injection on vascular dementia after cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients（pts） with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=30） treated with SXT injection and edaravone injection,and control group（n=30） treated with edaravone injection for 21 days.Meanwhile all pts were given same basic treatment and nursing.The mini-mental state examination（MMSE）,activities of daily living（ADL）,and quality of life（QOL） were assessed,and P 300 were tested before and after treatment.Results The scores of MMSE,ADL,and QL scale in treatment group were superior that in control group（P0.01）.Compared with control group,incubation period of P300 potential in treatment group was shorter than that in control group（P0.01）.The wave amplitude in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion SXT and edaravone injection was safe and effective to treat vascular dementia after cerebral infarction.
