柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛治疗卒中后抑郁的临床观察

目的观察柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）及神经功能缺损的疗效。方法将60例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予文拉法辛及谷维素治疗;治疗组予柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛。治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表（SSS）对患者进行评定,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组73.33%（P〈0.05）,HAMD评分6.49分±2.01分、SSS评分14.9分±3.94分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论柴胡疏肝散加减联合文拉法辛治疗PSD不仅明显改善患者的抑郁症状,而且能促进神经功能的恢复。

Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Venlafaxine for Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder（CSP） combined with venlafaxine for treatment of post-stroke depression（PSD） and the neural function deficit.Methods Sixty patients with PSD were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（n=30） treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group（n=30）treated with CSP combined with venlafaxine.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and Scandinavian Stroke Scale（SSS） of all patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and SSS in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group（P0.01）.The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion CSP combined with venlafaxine could ameliorate depressive symptoms and promote the recovery of neural function in patients with PSD.
