银丹心脑通软胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及超敏C-反应蛋白的影响

目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的影响。探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的可能机制。方法 402例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为银丹心脑通软胶囊组（治疗组）与常规治疗组（对照组）。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服银丹心脑通软胶囊4粒,每日3次口服。分别于治疗前及治疗3个月测定两组血清胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）、hs-CRP浓度,并与对照组比较。结果两组治疗3个月后,观察疗效。治疗组显效率及有效率比对照组更高（P〈0.05）;并测得两组TC、LDL、hs-CRP分别低于治疗前水平,HDL则较治疗前升高（P〈0.05）。治疗组上述参数变化与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊可能通过调脂、抗炎等机制治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛。

Effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule on Blood Lipid and High Sensitive C-reactive Protein in Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule（YXSC） on blood lipid and high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients（pts） with unstable angina pectoris.Methods Four hundreds and two pts with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=201） treated by routine therapy,and treatment group（n=201） treated with YXSC for three months.The total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL） and hs-CRP was detected before treatment and after treatment for three months.Results The treatment effect in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group（P0.05）,TC,LDL,and hs-CRP decreased significantly after treatment.HDL increased significantly after treatment in both groups（P0.01）.Conclusion YXSC was effective in treating unstable angina pectoris that might be by blood lipid lowering and anti-inflammatory.
