| Abstract: | CT scan of 23 cases with hepatic atrophy resulted from the different pathogenesy were reviewed. We considered that hepatic lobe atrophy resulted from hepatic artery encased in cholangiocarcinoma was of important significance. The mechanism of hepaticlobar atrophy and differential diagnosis were discussed. |
