微型接骨板在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用

目的 观察微型接骨板治疗颌面部骨折的效果。方法 应用微型接骨板内固定治疗颌面部骨折４５例,对术后伤口愈合情况、咬合关系、张口度、张口型、体重等进行观察。结果 ４２伤口Ⅰ期愈合、咬合关系良好４４例,术后６个月张口度均在３．０ｃｍ以上,张口型无明显偏斜,体重无明显和田结论微型接骨板内固定是治疗颌面部骨折的一种较好方法,有利于伤口愈合和咀嚼功能的早日恢复。

Miniplate Application of Fracture Treatment of Maxillofacial Region

Objective: To observe the effects of miniplate in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture. Methods: 45 cases of maxillofacial fracture were be treated with miniplate. The conditions of healing, occlusion, mouth_open and body weight were be observed. Results: Wounds healing of 42 patients were by first intention. Fourty_four patients had normal occlusion. Six months later, mouth_open was normal, the type of which had no obvious leaning and the body weight had not lost. Conclusions: Using miniplates fixation is a good method in treating maxillofcaial fracture.It is beneficial to an early masticatory founction and general conditions.
