CBE理论在高职药理学教学中的应用研究

摘    要:将CBE理论引入到高职药理学教学中,以提高教学效果。按CBE教学模式的要求,将培养学生“能力”作为教学的中心任务和基本的归宿,制定基于CBE的药理学课程标准,编写教学计划,制作教师资源包和学生学习包,教学中引入多种教学方式,拓展学习并改革考核方法。实践证明,该教学模式的探索取得了一定成效,促进了学生能力的拘建和自学能力提升,教学向“以学生为中心”转变,促进学生主动学习,真正形成“教学相长”的良性循环。

Abstract:In order to elevate the pharmacological teaching effect,competency-based education(CBE)theory has been introduced in pharmacological teaching. According to the requirement of CBE teaching model,developing students' competency is the core and end-result of teaching task. In this study, pharmacology course standard has been instituted, teaching plan has also been com- plied and package of teacher's resource and package of students' study have been prepared. In addition, several teaching methods have been introduced;expanded study has also been added in~ moreover, examination system has been reformed. The results dem- onstrates that this exploration is perfect to some extent;students' competency construction and self-study ability are promoted; teaching is shifted to emphasizing cultivation of students' ability, thus forming virtuous circle of pharmacological teaching and learning.
