| 摘 要： | 目的通过消化内镜有效的清洗消毒,防止因内镜检查引起的医院内交叉感染。方法采用四槽法清洗消毒,做好生物学监测。结果按卫生部标准监测,72件消化内镜外壁消毒合格率为100.0%,内腔消毒合格率为98.6%。结论采取有效防范措施,可以确保消毒效果。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To effectively clean and disinfect digestive endoscope in order to prevent cross infection in hospital. METHODS The detail way was use of four-tub-disinfection as well as the biological inspection.RESULTS According to the standard authorized by China Ministry of Health,100% of outer wall disinfection eligibility and 98.6% of lumen disinfection eligibility have been reached,respectively,in 72 case studies.CONCLUSIONS Effective cleaning and disinfection can be ensured by means of suitable preventive measures. |
