| 摘 要： | 通过８０年代流脑流行周期的系统观察，首次阐明流脑流行与人群抗体水平及带菌状况之相关关系。观察结果显示，当流脑疫情处于散发期，流脑发病率及人群带菌率均处于低水平，人群流脑抗体水平也随之下降。当抗体水平降到低水平时。人群带菌率、流脑发病开始上升．然后抗体水平也随之升高．使用Ａ群脑膜炎多糖菌苗免疫人群后，抗体水平显著上升，流脑发病、人群带菌明显下降。了解了这种变化规律，可早期观察流脑流行趋势，有利于采取各种防疫措施，指导流脑菌苗的接种工作，提高菌苗接种的经济效益。

| Abstract: | From the serial observation of serum bactericidal antibody and carrier rate in 1980s epidemic il revealed that when the immunity decreased,the epidemic occurred with the increasing of carier rate.When the immunity became increasing after epidemic or vaccination,the prevalence rate and carrier rate dtopped down.This rules would help to prediction of the coming epidemic and for the pooper use of selective vaccination and to elevate the cost/benifit. |
