溴氰菊酯对大鼠糖原代谢影响的研究

摘    要:用灌胃法对大鼠进行亚急性染毒,观察溴氰菊酯对大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原、磷酸化酶a及血清巯基的影响,同时观察大鼠体重和脏器系数的变化。结果表明,溴氰菊酯染毒后,可引起大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原明显下降,磷酸化酶a明显升高,血清巯基含量降低,与对照组相比均具有非常显著性差异,且呈明显的剂量一效应关系。同时,大鼠体重增长缓慢,肝、肾、脾脏器系数加大,病理显示,肝、肾、脑均有损伤,其损伤程度与剂量大小亦有关。用苯巴比妥诱导后,其毒性有不同程度减轻。

Abstract:In this paper we used sub-acute toxicological test to observe the effect of Decamethrin on liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, phosphorlase-A and serum sulfydryl. The changes of rats weight and organs cofficient were also observed. The result indicated that Decamethrin could decreased the content of rat live glycogen,muscle glycogen and serum sulfydryl but the activity of phosphorase-A increased (P<0. 05 or 0. 01 )compared with control groups and dose-effect relation were existed. Pathology eximination discovered that rat liver,kidney and brain were also damaged phenobarbitalum could decreased this effect.
