高铅负荷致氧化损伤及其保护作用观察

摘    要:用自身对照方法,观察服灵芝前后铅、锌、铜、锰、铁、丙二醛和过氧歧化酶(SOD)活性的改变。结果发现老年前期人群血铅负荷增高,丙二醛含量也随之提高,SOD活性下降,锌、铜、铁水平也发生相应改变。灵芝能降低血铅负荷,减少丙二醛含量和铁的水平,提高SOD活性和锌钢水平。提示高铅负荷能引发人体自由基反应,导致氧化代谢损伤,灵芝有降铅作用,调节铜锌铁的水平,改善机体氧化代谢过程,对高铅负荷人体有保护效应。

Observation of Oxidative Damage Induced by High Lead-burden and Protection of Ganoderma LucidumKarst for Him

Abstract:The effect of fonr trace elements, malonaldehyde(MDA )and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were observed with with. self-control method. Resultsshowed that Lead-burden in pre-aged intellectuals increased,levels of zinc, copper and iron also took relevant changes. The content of MDA raised significantly, nt the activity of SOD decreased. Ganoderma Lucidum Karst could reduce serum Lesd-burden, raise the contents of serum Zinc,Copper and the activity of SOD,as well as lower the serum Iron and MDA. The results suggests that high Lead-burden can induce free radical reaction and make oxidative metabolism disorder. Ganoderma Lucidum Karst has the effect of decreasing serum lead content,and can also adjustsome trace elements, improve oxidative metabolism, as wellcut down free radical damage. Therefore, it can protect thepopulation of high Lead-burden
